The invention relates to a fixing structure of an embedded glass railing in a unit curtain wall and a mounting method thereof. The fixing structure comprises a plurality of male upright columns and aplurality of female upright columns, the sides, where the male upright columns and the female upright columns are mutually inserted are first sides, and the sides, where the male upright columns and the female upright columns are away from each other are second sides; the side walls of the male upright columns and of the female upright columns are provided with vertical notches; a mounting grooveplate is arranged in each notch and comprises a vertical plate and side plates, clamping hooks are arranged at the tail ends of the side plates, an extension plate is formed at the bottom of the vertical plate, and the extension plate is fixedly provided with an inverted L-shaped load bearing corner connector; the clamping hooks at two ends of the mounting groove plates are buckled on the outer walls of the second sides of the male upright columns and of the female upright columns, horizontal plates of the load bearing corner connectors are positioned at the first sides, and the top surfaces are flush with the bottom ends of the notches; a rectangular railing glass plate is arranged between two mounting groove plates with openings opposite to each other, and the bottoms of two ends of therailing glass plate are separately positioned above the horizontal plates of two load bearing corner connectors opposite to each other, and a double-sided adhesive tape or a plug strip is arranged between each of two sides of the railing glass plate and one side plate of the corresponding mounting groove plate.
