The invention discloses weather-proof hollow glass and a preparing method. The hollow glass comprises a middle frame, an interval panel, a first glass body and a second glass body. The inner wall of the middle frame is provided with a groove. The interval panel is clamped in the groove. The first glass body and the second glass body are bonded to the two side faces of the middle frame correspondingly. A first seal cavity is formed between the first glass body and the interval panel, a second seal cavity is formed between the interval panel and the second glass body, and the first seal cavity communicates with the second seal cavity through the groove. The interval panel and the middle frame of the weather-proof hollow glass are not sealed, so that the two seal cavities are in a communication state, the situation that when the hollow glass is installed on a curtain wall, due to the indoor and outdoor temperature difference, the interval panel possibly deforms and is even cracked is avoided, and safety and reliability of the hollow glass are greatly improved.
