The invention provides a control method and a control device of photovoltaic skylights, a storage medium and a processor. The control method comprises the following steps of dividing the photovoltaicskylights into a plurality of groups according to preset positions of the photovoltaic skylights, wherein the preset positions of the photovoltaic skylights in the groups are same; and controlling thephotovoltaic skylights in all groups in the preset positions. According to the control method, the photovoltaic skylights are grouped firstly according to the preset positions of the photovoltaic skylights to obtain the photovoltaic skylight groups, the preset positions of the photovoltaic skylights in the groups are same, and the positions of the photovoltaic skylights in the groups are controlled subsequently, so that the photovoltaic skylights are in the preset positions. In the method, the positions of the photovoltaic skylights can be controlled only by controlling the positions of the photovoltaic skylights in the groups uniformly. The control method is simpler and higher in control efficiency.
