The invention provides an outer protection system of an attached lifting scaffold, and particularly relates to the technical field of building construction instruments. The outer protection system ofthe attached lifting scaffold comprises protection nets, walkway plates, outer vertical rods and clamping groove sets, wherein the clamping groove sets comprise clamping grooves I and clamping groovesII; the protection nets are arranged between two adjacent walkway plates, and the protection nets are connected with the walkway plates through the clamping grooves II; and the lowermost walkway plates are connected with the bottoms of the protection nets through the clamping grooves I, and the clamping groove sets are arranged between the outer vertical rods and the walkway plates. According tothe outer protection system of the attached lifting scaffold, the clamping grooves are located between the outer vertical rods and the walkway plates and are tightly connected with the walkway platesand the outer vertical rods, and the protection nets are connected in a lap joint mode and are closer to a wall than the outer vertical rods in position so that a scaffold frame body and external space can be effectively sealed, and a high-altitude object falling risk caused by overlarge gaps between the outer protection nets and the frame body of an existing scaffold is avoided.
