Formwork erection method capable of increasing cylindrical section
The invention discloses a formwork erection method capable of increasing a cylindrical section. The method comprises the following steps that longitudinal rib mounting and paying-off and positioning marking on a increased section are conducted according to the actual size of a section of an original concrete column, after marking is completed, the original concrete column is chiseized, longitudinal rib planting and stirrup binding are conducted according to marked longitudinal rib positions, spacer bars are uniformly welded on a reinforcement cage formed through binding, steel plates are installed at the outer ends of the spacer bars, so that the reinforcement cage is enclosed in the steel plates, then the outer sides of the steel plates are restrained by using a plurality of pieces of square wood, then fastening steel strips, fixing adjusting steel strips and adjusting bolts are installed on the outer side of the square wood, and finally the fastening steel strips are tightened by means of fastening bolts. The method has the advantages that (1) a circular mold is no longer used in a formwork erection process, so that a series of problems caused by improper size of the round mold are avoided; and (2) operation is convenient, materials are easy to purchase, and the input cost is low.
本发明公开了一种增大圆柱截面的模板支设方法,包括以下步骤:根据原混凝土柱的截面实际尺寸进行增大截面部分的纵筋安装放线和定位标记,标记完成后对原混凝土柱进行凿毛,根据标记的纵筋位置进行纵筋植筋和箍筋绑扎,将定位钢筋沿圆周均匀焊接于前述绑扎形成的钢筋笼上,在定位钢筋的外端部进行钢板的安装,使钢板将钢筋笼圈围起来,然后在钢板的外侧用多个方木进行约束,之后在方木的外侧安装紧固钢带、固定调节钢带和调节螺栓,最后借助紧固螺栓将紧固钢带拧紧。本发明的有益之处在于:(1)在模板支设过程中不再使用圆形模具,因而避免了因圆形模具尺寸不合适而带来的一系列问题;(2)操作方便、材料易采购、投入成本较低。
