The invention discloses a construction method for mounting a cantilever platform. The construction method comprises the following steps that main inclined strut steel beams are mounted; a main body steel beam of a platform bottom frame is mounted; a pre-pulling steel wire rope is mounted; remaining components of the platform bottom frame are mounted; a platform upper frame is mounted; platform mounting is inspected; and the steel wire rope is removed. The construction method has the technical effects that the problems that in the mounting process of the cantilever platform of a preheating tower, the main body steel beam of the platform bottom frame of the cantilever platform is large in span and down-warping are solved, and the construction method is suitable for mounting of a steel structure similar to a cantilever structure, and has high practical value, and the advantages such as least input, easy and convenient operation, safety, reliability, and high applicability.
本发明一种安装悬挑平台的施工方法包括以下步骤:安装主斜撑钢梁,安装平台底部框架主体钢梁,安装预拉钢丝绳,安装平台底部框架的剩余构件,安装平台上框架,平台安装检查,移除钢丝绳。本发明的技术效果在于:解决了预热塔悬挑平台安装过程中,悬挑平台平台底部框架主体钢梁跨度较大下挠较大的问题,适用于类似悬挑结构的钢结构安装,具有较高的实用价值,和投入最少,操作简便,安全可靠,适用性强等优点。
