The invention discloses a portable house for a building. The portable house for the building comprises a base plate, wherein a base is installed on the base plate; a living cavity is formed in the base; the upper end surface of the base is opened; an annular filling cavity is formed in the upper end surface of the base and around the base; an air bag element is filled into the filling cavity; thebottom of the air bag element makes contact with the bottom surface of the filling cavity; the other end of the air bag element stretches out of the upper end surface of the base; a building matrix element with an open lower end surface is installed at the open end of the upper end of the whole base; the building matrix element is reversely buckled into the filling cavity; a buckle-in cavity having the same shape with the air bag element is formed in the bottom of the building matrix element; and the stretching end of the top of the air bag element is installed in the buckle-in cavity. According to the portable house for the building, an upwards-downwards-settling structure is adopted, solar heat can be absorbed in the daytime and supplied for use in the night, so that an indoor temperature is increased, and the energy loss is reduced; and meanwhile, high sealing performance is achieved, and the height of a building body is reduced in the case of large airflow, so that higher heat-insulation capacity and anti-wind capacity are achieved.
