The invention discloses an anti-upheaval reinforcing method for ultra-close-range up crossing of a newly-built tunnel to an existing shield tunnel. The method is characterized in that a supporting system for the construction space of stool piles, anti-upheaval anchor cables and a large pipe shed of the newly-built tunnel is arranged above the existing shield tunnel, a guide frame for pipe shed construction is arranged in the supporting system, guide pipes and the large pipe shed are arranged in the guide frame in the direction of the newly-built tunnel, and anchor heads of the anti-upheaval anchor cables in the supporting system are constructed at a bottom plate of the newly-built tunnel. The method comprises the following steps of excavating a pipe shed construction work room, constructing a vault advanced small pipe shed, excavating an upper-layer pilot tunnel, constructing an upper-layer pilot tunnel primary support and sealing the support into a ring, constructing the stool piles in the upper-layer pilot tunnel, constructing a vault secondary lining, erecting the guide frame, constructing the guide pipes and the large pipe shed, excavating a lower soil body, constructing a sidewall and the bottom plate, and arranging the anti-upheaval anchor cables on the bottom plate in a striking mode. The method is good in reinforcing effect and high in construction efficiency, deformation of the existing shield tunnel is strictly controlled, and structural safety and normal operation of the existing shield tunnel are not affected during construction.
本发明公开了一种新建隧道超近距上穿既有盾构隧道抗隆起加固方法,在既有盾构隧道上方设置有新建隧道“板凳桩”、抗隆起锚索和大管棚施作空间的支护体系,支护体系中设置有管棚施作用的导向架,导向架中设置有沿新建隧道方向打设的导向管与大管棚;支护体系中抗隆起锚索锚头施作在新建隧道底板处。开挖管棚施工工作室、施工拱顶超前小管棚、开挖上层导洞、施作上层导洞初期支护并封闭成环、在上层导洞内施作“板凳桩”、施作拱顶二衬、架设导向架、施作导向管与大管棚、开挖下部土体、施作侧墙与底板、并在底板打设抗隆起锚索。本发明加固效果好,施工效率高,严格控制了既有盾构隧道变形,施工期间不影响既有盾构隧道的结构安全和正常运营。
