The invention relates to an indoor graphene electric heating device comprising balanced heat radiation blocks and a cable electrically connected with the balanced heat radiation blocks. Each balancedheat radiation block comprises a bottom cushion plate, a graphene heat conducting layer, an inflaming retarding layer and a top decorative layer, wherein the bottom cushion plate is fixed to one sideof the graphene heat conducting layer, the inflaming retarding layer is attached to the top decorative layer and fixed to the other side of the graphene heat conducting layer, the cable is connected with the graphene heat conducting layer, the surface, connected with the graphene heat conducting layer, of the bottom cushion plate is provided with multiple ventilation flow channels, and the multiple ventilation flow channels are arranged side by side. The indoor graphene electric heating device has the advantage of balanced indoor heat radiation.
