The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, in particular to a preparation formula and a preparation method of a macromolecular composite waterproof coiled material, the macromolecular composite waterproof coiled material comprises the following components in parts by weight: a flame-retardant layer: 100-120 parts of POE resin, 30-45 parts of a halogen-free composite flame retardant, 20-40 parts of dispersible rubber powder and 1-3 parts of an antioxidant; a waterproof layer: 90 to 100 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 30 to 40 parts of butyl rubber, 10 to 15 parts of chloroprene rubber, 3 to 5 parts of vulcanizing agent and 5 to 8 parts of softening agent; and an ultraviolet absorption layer: 90-100 parts of polypropylene resin, 20-30 parts of chlorinated polyether resin, 5-8 parts of an ultraviolet absorber, 0.5-1.5 parts of an accelerant and 0.5-2 parts of a reinforcing agent. The waterproof coiled material disclosed by the invention has flame-retardant and anti-ultraviolet effects.
