The invention discloses a basalt fiber surface modifier which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of polyethylene, 5-25 parts of benzyl alcohol, 5-25 parts of 2-methyl-2-hydracrylic acid, 5-25 parts of glycidyl methacrylate, 5-15 parts of polypropylene and 0.1-1 part of a silane coupling agent. The basalt fiber prepared by the invention is used for enhancing an AC asphalt mixture, and the rutting resistance and fatigue resistance of the asphalt mixture are greatly improved. The anti-rut high-temperature stability of the asphalt mixture reaches more than 12000 times/mm, and compared with a matrix asphalt mixture without fibers, the anti-fatigue performance of the asphalt mixture is improved by more than 20%, and the asphalt mixture has obvious anti-rut performance and anti-fatigue performance.
本发明公开一种玄武岩纤维表面改性剂,包括如下组分:聚乙烯50‑70份、苯甲醇5‑25份、2‑甲基‑2‑羟基丙酸5‑25份、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯5‑25份、聚丙烯5‑15份、硅烷偶联剂0.1‑1份,各组分以重量份计。本发明制备出的玄武岩纤维用于增强AC沥青混合料,沥青混合料的抗车辙性能、抗疲劳性能均有大幅度提高。用此其抗车辙高温稳定性达到>12000次/mm、与不加纤维的基质沥青混合料相比,抗疲劳性能提高>20%,起到明显的抗车辙性能和抗疲劳性能。
