The construction waste cutting unit is arranged on one side of the supporting framework. One end of the conveying unit is communicatedwith the waste cutting unit, the other end of the conveying unit is communicated with the construction waste crushing unit, the conveying unit crushes construction waste into aggregate not larger than75 mm, the construction waste crushing unit is arranged on the supporting framework, the screening unit is arranged on the supporting framework, and the separating unit is communicated with the crushing unit. When the screened aggregates are located on the separation unit, the separation unit separates the aggregates into aggregates of 2-75 mm and aggregates of less than 2 mm. By means of the scheme, the technology that the construction waste is manufactured into the recycled aggregate for the expressway soil changing and filling layer is achieved.
