Rapid repairing material for bridge expansion joints and using method thereof
The invention discloses a rapid repairing material for a bridge expansion joint and a using method thereof. The repairing material is composed of a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the component A is prepared from a composite hydraulic cementing material, aggregate, a water reducing agent, an early strength agent, a retarder, a coagulation accelerator, a defoaming agent, a water retention and curing agent, a high-molecular polymer and composite fibers; the component B is a mixed solution of a water-based epoxy curing agent and deionized water; and the component C is a mixed solution of a water-based epoxy emulsion and deionized water. The prepared rapid repairing material for the bridge expansion joint has the characteristics that the hour strength is increased quickly(the traffic requirement can be met within 3 hours), maintenance is not needed after traffic, the anti-cracking performance is excellent, the later strength is not reduced, the interface bonding performance with old concrete is high, and the like. The repairing material prepared by the invention is used for testing according to a testing method specified by JT/T1211.1-2018 Rapid Repairing Material for Highway Engineering, and the result can meet the standard requirements of CRRM-III type products.
本发明公开了一种桥梁伸缩缝用快速修补料及其使用方法。所述的修补料由A、B、C三组份组成;其中A组份由复合水硬性胶凝材料、骨料、减水剂、早强剂、缓凝剂、促凝剂、消泡剂、保水养生剂、高分子聚合物、复合纤维组成;B组份为水性环氧固化剂和去离子水的混合液;C组份为水性环氧乳液和去离子水的混合液。本发明配制的桥梁伸缩缝用快速修补料具有小时强度增长快(3小时即可达到通车要求)、通车后不需养生、抗裂性能优良、后期强度不倒缩、与旧混凝土界面粘接性能强等特点。使用本发明配制的修补料,按照JT/T1211.1‑2018《公路工程用快速修补材料》规定的测试方法进行测试,结果可达到CRRM‑Ⅲ型产品标准要求。
