The preparation method of the heat insulation plate comprises the following steps: S1, preparing slurry; S2, placing a template; S3, forming is conducted; S4, performing cutting; S5, performing demolding; and S6, performing compounding to obtain the heat insulation plate. The heat insulation plate provided by the invention is good in heat insulation effect and halogenation resistance, and meanwhile, has good impact strength and breaking strength.
