The chemical formula of the oxygen adsorbent is (A<1-x>A'x)(B<1-y>B'y)O<3-delta>, and delta is a non-stoichiometric ratio, delta is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.5, x is greater than or equal to 0and less than or equal to 0.4, y is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.4, A and A' are at least two of Ba, Ca, Sr and La, and B and B 'are at least two of Co, Fe, Ti and Nb.
