The method comprises the following steps: performing ball milling and mixing, vacuum drying, grinding and sieving and isostatic cool pressing of 90%-95% of zirconium oxide powder, 1%-2.6% of yttrium oxide, 0.4%-2% of calcium oxide, 0.2%-0.9% of magnesium oxide, 1-1.5% of cerium oxide and 1.5%-3.7% of zinc oxide and others of additives; putting a sealed elastic mold filled with a powder mixture into a cylinder body filled with a pressure transfer medium, closing an upper end plug, and pressing the upper end plug when a frame slides to a position right above the cylinder body along a guide rail base; then, enabling pressurizing equipment to apply ultrahigh pressure to a pressure transmission medium in the cylinder body through a high-pressure oil path at the bottom of the cylinder body, and at the moment, pressing and forming the materials in the mold; and performing sintering, polishing and grinding. According to the zirconia ceramic mobile phone backboard disclosed by the invention, the cold isostatic pressing process is adopted, and various stabilizers and colorants are added, so that the toughness of a zirconia material is enhanced and the defect of high brittleness of zirconia ceramic is improved while the metal luster and jade texture of acrylonitrile absorption are achieved.
