The invention discloses a boron carbide-based composite ceramic material with linear conductivity and a preparation method thereof. The boron carbide-based composite ceramic material comprises a boroncarbide matrix and a carbon second phase material dispersed around the boron carbide matrix, and the carbon second phase preferably exists in the form of a graphite phase; when the content of the carbon second-phase material is 2-10wt%, the conductivity of the composite ceramic material is nonlinear, and the nonlinear coefficient [alpha] is 1.17-1.30; and when the content of the carbon second-phase material is greater than or equal to 10 wt%, the conductivity of the composite ceramic material is linear, and the resistivity of the silicon carbide-based composite ceramic is 56.2 Omega.cm or less.
本发明公开一种具有线性导电特性的碳化硼基复相陶瓷材料及其制备方法。所述碳化硼基复相陶瓷材料包括碳化硼基体以及分散于所述碳化硼基体周围的碳第二相材料,所述碳第二相优选以石墨相形式存在;其中碳第二相材料的含量为2~10wt%时所述复相陶瓷材料的导电性为非线性特性,非线性系数α为1.17~1.30;所述碳第二相材料的含量≥10wt%时所述复相陶瓷材料的导电性为线性特性,所述碳化硅基复相陶瓷的电阻率为56.2Ω·cm以下。
