The invention relates to a bucket tooth holder. In order to solve the problems that breakage of a thin and weak part of a structure is easily caused by non-uniform distribution of strength and hardness of the existing bucket tooth holder, a manufacturing method for the bucket tooth holder is provided. The manufacturing method comprises a casting moulding step of moulding by pouring steel for the bucket tooth holder at 1,550 to 1,580 DEG C, wherein the steel for the bucket tooth holder is prepared from the following chemical components of 0.15 to 0.2 percent of C, 0.5 to 0.9 percent of Si, 1.8to 2.2 percent of Mn, 0.4 to 0.8 percent of Cr, less than or equal to 0.03 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.03 percent of S, and the balance of Fe and impurities, and pre-embedding the steel forcooling by using refractory sand after pouring; and a heat treatment step of rising the temperature of a cooled bucket tooth holder to 1,050 DEG C in a quenching furnace, performing water quenching at20 to 30 DEG C after heat is preserved for 3 to 4 hours, then, heating to 240 DEG C in a tempering furnace, and performing air cooling after the heat is preserved for 2 to 2.5 hours. According to thesteel for the bucket tooth holder and the bucket tooth holder manufacturing method, the material cost is low; the strength and hardness distribution is uniform; and the steel for the bucket tooth holder does not break easily.
本发明涉及斗齿座,为解决现有斗齿座强度和硬度分布不均匀容易导致结构薄弱处断裂的问题;提供一种斗齿座的制造方法,其铸造成型步骤是使用斗齿座用钢在1550℃~1580℃浇注成型,斗齿座用的钢重量百分比化学成份为:C:0.15%~0.2%,Si:0.5%~0.9%,Mn:1.8%~2.2%,Cr:0.4%~0.8%,P:≤0.03%,S:≤0.03%,其余为Fe和杂质;浇注后用耐火沙预埋冷却;热处理步骤是将冷却后的斗齿座在淬火炉中升温至1050℃,保温3~4h后20℃~30℃水淬,随后在回火炉中加热至240℃,保温2~2.5h后空冷。本发明材料成本低,强度和硬度分布均匀,不易断裂。
