The invention relates to an arrangement method of a dust collecting device of a rail grinding wagon, the dust collecting device and the rail grinding wagon. According to the arrangement method of thedust collecting device of the rail grinding wagon, a left-side dust collecting unit and a right-side dust collecting unit are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the rail grinding wagon; the left-side dust collecting unit and the right-side dust collecting unit suck dust-containing gas from the grinding positions at the bottom of the steel rail grinding wagon respectively and then exhaust clean gas from the left side and the right side of the steel rail grinding wagon respectively; and dust collection and exhaust of the left railway track and the right railway track are achieved. The left-side dust collecting unit and the right-side dust collecting unit which are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode are adopted to absorb dust and sparks generated by polishing the left rail and the right rail correspondingly. 本发明涉及一种钢轨打磨车集尘装置的布置方法、集尘装置及钢轨打磨车,钢轨打磨车集尘装置的布置方法是沿钢轨打磨车行车方向,在钢轨打磨车左右两侧对称布置左侧集尘单元和右侧集尘单元,左侧集尘单元和右侧集尘单元分别从钢轨打磨车底部的磨削位置处吸入含尘气体,再分别从钢轨打磨车左右两侧排出洁净气体,实现对铁路左轨道和铁路右轨道的粉尘收集及排放。本发明采用左右对称布置的左侧集尘单元和右侧集尘单元,分别吸收打磨左轨和右轨产生的粉尘及火花。在钢轨打磨车车体内部空间有限、车辆限界要求严格的条件下,采用本发明的左右对称的布置方式,既能实现在车厢内部中间留有走道的需求,又能满足集尘装置载荷在钢轨打磨车内均匀分布的要求。
