The invention discloses a multi-level preventive maintenance method for fine surfacing. The method comprises the following steps of treating a to-be-cured pavement base surface, spreading curing agentas a bottom layer, spreading a first layer of resin liquid asphalt and gravels on the bottom layer at the same time, carrying out primary rolling compaction, spreading a second layer of resin liquidasphalt, carrying out secondary rolling compaction, finally spraying wear-resistant agent, curing for 0.5-1 hour, and opening. The maintenance method is advantaged in that a four-in-one maintenance mode is adopted, the thickness of formed fine surface curing molding is 0.3-0.6 cm, the method can be used for maintaining skid resistance of the existing pavement, improving driving conditions of the original pavement, improving the skid resistance, repairing slight cracks, improving a friction coefficient BPN of the original pavement to be more than or equal to 55, reducing the water permeabilitycoefficient to be 0 ml/min, prolonging the service life of the original pavement and greatly reducing maintenance cost of the pavement with insufficient skid resistance; conventional construction equipment is adopted, so large-scale popularization and application are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种多层次精表处预防性养护方法，包括将待养护路面基面进行处理后，撒布养护剂作为底层，在其上同时撒布第一层树脂液体沥青和碎石并进行第一次碾压，随后撒布第二层树脂液体沥青并进行第二次碾压，最后喷洒耐磨剂，养生0.5‑1h开放即可。本发明的养护方法采用四位一体的养护方式，形成的精表处养护成型厚度为0.3‑0.6cm，能够用于既有路面的抗滑性能养护维修，改善原有路面的行车条件，提高抗滑性能、修补轻微裂缝，提高原路面的摩擦系数BPN≥55，降低渗水系数至0ml/min，延长原路面使用寿命，极大降低了路面抗滑性能不足养护维修的成本；且采用常规的施工设备即可，方便大规模的进行推广应用。
