The invention relates to a milling machine and a milling device thereof. The milling device comprises a first milling device, a second milling device and a third milling device, wherein the first milling device and the second milling device are connected with the third milling device through connecting mechanisms, each of the first milling device, the second milling device and the third milling device comprises a rack, a milling shaft arranged on the rack and a milling cutter arranged around the milling shaft, all the milling shafts are arranged in parallel or on the same straight line, the connecting mechanism comprises a first sleeve and a second sleeve, the first milling device is fixedly connected with a first guide rod, the first guide rod is parallel to the first milling shaft, the second milling device is fixedly connected with a second guide rod, the second guide rod is parallel to the second milling shaft, and the first guide rod and the second guide rod are arranged in a first sleeve and a second sleeve respectively in a penetrating mode. The milling device is advantaged in that adjustment in the left-right direction can be achieved, then adjustment of the milled pavementwidth is achieved, the third milling device is connected with a frame of the milling machine through a lifting device, so synchronous lifting of the milling devices is realized.
