The invention discloses a bridge expansion joint anchoring device which comprises a bottom supporting mechanism, an anchoring mechanism, a middle supporting mechanism, a top supporting mechanism, anda monitoring mechanism, wherein the bottom supporting mechanism comprises a first supporting spring, a bottom supporting plate and an inclined supporting plate; the anchoring mechanism comprises anchor rods which are uniformly distributed in the two side walls of the expansion joint; the ball end of the connecting rod is connected with the anchor rod through a circular groove in the end part of the anchor rod; the second end of the connecting rod is connected with the connecting block; the middle supporting mechanism comprises a plurality of longitudinal supporting plates and connecting springs; the top supporting mechanism comprises L-shaped connecting plates; a rubber cover plate is arranged between the L-shaped connecting plates; an arc-shaped supporting plate is arranged below the rubber cover plate; and the monitoring mechanism comprises a touch switch arranged in the circular groove and a controller in communication connection with the touch switch. The anchoring device can be tightly connected with a bridge and an expansion joint, meanwhile, the situation that the anchoring device is separated from the expansion joint due to repeated expansion of the expansion joint can be effectively avoided, and the abnormal condition of the anchoring device can be synchronously monitored so as to guarantee the driving safety of an expressway.
