The invention relates to the field of prefabricated buildings, and discloses a truss combined steel-concrete structure building system. The truss combined steel-concrete structure building system comprises a truss combined structure, wallboards and floor slabs. The truss combined structure comprises combined columns and composite beams. The truss combined structure is composed of a plurality of unit three-dimensional trusses and unit plane trusses. Each unit three-dimensional truss is formed by enclosing four unit plane trusses, and the four corners of each unit three-dimensional truss are thecombined columns formed by fixedly connecting vertical components. The combined columns of upper and lower floors are correspondingly connected through connecting pieces I to form the combined columns which are through up and down. Horizontal components of the upper and lower floors are connected through connecting pieces II to form the composite beams.
