The invention discloses a process for eliminating residual paste generated in the electric pole centrifuging process, and belongs to the technical field of the electric pole preparing process. The composition of raw materials can be improved, the raw materials are mixed in a proper ratio, magnetic cloth mesh joints are arranged on a reinforcing mesh, a water reducing rod is put into a mold, when centrifuging treatment is performed on concrete, the water reducing rod adapts to centrifugal force to squeeze concrete and promote compact molding, on the other hand, the water reducing rod continuously gets close to the reinforcing mesh, in the process, the water reducing rod continuously absorbs residual water in the concrete, finally the water reducing rod is connected and matched with the magnetic cloth mesh joints to form a water reducing mesh in an electric pole, and therefore the residual cement paste generated in the electric pole centrifuging process is eliminated, meanwhile the waterreducing mesh can serve as a meshy structure after being formed to have an effect of assisting the reinforcing mesh in improving the strength of the electric pole, the cement utilization rate is increased, the waste of the raw materials is reduced, and the forming strength and quality of the electric pole can be improved.
本发明公开了一种消除电杆离心过程中产生余浆的工艺,属于电线杆制备工艺技术领域,可以实现改善原料组成,并利用合适的配比对原料进行混合,通过在钢筋网上设置磁性布网节点,并利用在模具中投入减水棒的方式,在离心处理混凝土的时候,减水棒不仅顺应离心力挤压混凝土促使密实成型,另一方面不断靠近钢筋网,在此过程中不断吸收混凝土内多余的水分,最后与磁性布网节点连接配合形成电杆内部的减水网,从而消除电杆离心过程中产生的水泥余浆,同时在成型后也可以作为网状结构起到辅助钢筋网对电杆的强度提升作用,提高水泥利用率减少原料的浪费,并且可以提高电杆的成型强度和质量。
