The invention relates to a conical steel truss lifting clamping tool and a lifting technology. The conical steel truss lifting clamping tool comprises a sleeve which is vertically arranged on the peripheral wall of a supporting rod demounted from a sliding die at the top end of a cylinder bin in a sleeving manner, and a lifting rod is horizontally fixedly connected to the side, close to the innerwall of the cylinder bin, of the sleeve. A strengthening rib is fixedly connected between the lifting rod and the sleeve, and a balance rod is fixedly connected to the side, away from the lifting rod,of the outer rear wall of a cylinder. A tensioning device is detachably arranged on the balance rod. 本发明涉及一种锥形钢桁架吊装卡具及吊装工艺,其中锥形钢桁架吊装卡具包括竖直套设在筒仓顶端滑模拆除的支撑杆外周壁的套筒,套筒临近筒仓内壁的一侧水平固接有起吊杆,起吊杆与套筒之间固接有加强肋,圆筒外后壁远离起吊杆的一侧固接有平衡杆,平衡杆上可拆卸设置有拉紧装置。本发明通过套筒与筒仓顶端遗留的支撑杆的插接适配实现在筒仓顶部的安装,无需提前预置安装件或增设安装件对吊装卡具进行固定,借用了上一道滑模施工遗留下来的支撑杆,有效实现了吊装卡具的快捷安装,提高了施工效率,同时也降低了施工难度,实现了吊装卡具的便捷回收再利用。
