The invention relates to the technical field of roller compacted concrete, and specifically to roller compacted concrete for hydropower station dam engineering. The roller compacted concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 66 to 70 parts of water, 43.4 to 55.3 parts of cement, 117.3 to 138.2 parts of fly ash, 707 to 788 parts of artificial sand, 0 to 540 parts of large gravels, 774 to 885 parts of medium gravels, 486 to 542 parts of small gravels, 1.30 to 1.38 parts of a water reducing agent and 0.24 to 0.26 part of an air entraining agent. According to the roller compacted concrete disclosed by the invention, hydration heat is effectively reduced, early hydration heat of the roller compacted concrete is reduced, occurrence of a second exothermic peak is delayed, a retarding effect is achieved, temperature control of mass concrete is facilitated, and cracking after solidification is effectively avoided.
