本发明公开了一种木质防火门芯板及其制备方法,由以下原料制备而成:以珍珠岩为骨料,加入氧化镁,氯化镁,水,助剂。本发明先将氯化镁、助剂与水按比例加入并搅拌均匀,静置半小时以上,制成玻镁度为23-27卤水;然后在搅拌设备中按比例加入珍珠岩、氧化镁,边搅拌边均匀喷淋加入卤水,搅拌1‑5min至所有物料均匀分布,再将混合好的物料转移至料斗,放料至模框,压缩至要求高度;最后在30±5℃环境中养护至含水率≤12%,制得成品。本发明制备的一种木质防火门芯板,在减少污染物产生的同时,还能缩短芯板的养护周期,提高场地和设备方面的周转,降低生产成本。
