The invention discloses a two-way road coupling structure based on a double-layer viaduct. The coupling structure and the two-way road are arranged to be of a crossed structure. The coupling structurecomprises an upper-layer viaduct, a lower-layer viaduct, a first exit upper-bridge ramp, a first entrance upper-bridge ramp, a second entrance upper-bridge ramp, a second exit upper-bridge ramp, a first exit lower-bridge gateway, a first entrance lower-bridge gateway, a second entrance lower-bridge gateway and a second exit lower-bridge gateway. The upper-layer viaduct, the lower-layer viaduct and the ground-layer road can be designed to be in a concise, efficient and symmetrical mode, so that the passing efficiency of vehicles can be effectively improved, cross-road construction is reduced,and the height difference between the upper limit and the lower limit is overcome through the maximum longitudinal slope.
