The device includes a spreading box, wherein a plurality of moving mechanisms are arranged on the bottom wall of the spreading box; a first opening communicated with the outside is formed in the upper end of the spreading box; a box cover matched with the first opening is arranged at the upper end of the first opening; the box cover is connected with the two ends of the spreading box through two connecting mechanisms which are symmetrically arranged; a first filtering mechanism is arranged on the box cover; a crushing mechanism is arranged in the spreading box; and a second filtering mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the crushing mechanism, a third filtering mechanism is arrangedat the lower end of the second filtering mechanism, the third filtering mechanism is located under the second filtering mechanism, a second opening communicating with the outside is formed in the bottom wall of the spreading box, and a spreading net is movably clamped in the second opening. By means of the disclosed device, large-size condensed stone chips in stone chips can be effectively crushed, and the stone chips can be more evenly scattered on a construction road surface.
