The invention relates to an in-rain asphalt pavement construction device and a construction method thereof. The invention belongs to the technical field of road construction. The device comprises a base, a greenhouse frame and a waterproof film, wherein the greenhouse frame comprises stand columns, cross beams, supports and arch frames, the stand columns are vertically and fixedly arranged on thebase, the two cross beams are horizontally and fixedly arranged on the stand columns, the arch frames are arranged on the cross beams, the supports are hinged to the cross beams, the waterproof film is arranged on the greenhouse frame and the supports, and driving assemblies are arranged on the stand columns. The device further comprises winding rollers used for winding the waterproof film, and the two ends of the waterproof film are wound around the two winding rollers respectively. During construction, redundant parts on the two sides of the waterproof film are wound on the winding rollers;the waterproof film on the supports is in a state of inclining towards the outside of the road surface, so that rainwater is guided out of two sides of the road surface; and a certain distance is formed between the waterproof film and the ground, so that construction machinery is not in contact with the waterproof film in the construction process of the edge of the pavement, and damage to the waterproof film is reduced.

本发明涉及一种雨中沥青路面施工装置及其施工方法，属于道路施工技术领域，一种雨中沥青路面施工装置，包括底座、棚架和防水膜，棚架包括立柱、横梁、支架和弓形架，立柱竖直固定设置于底座上，横梁水平固定设置于立柱上，横梁设置两个，弓形架设置于横梁上，支架铰接于横梁上，防水膜设置于棚架和支架上，立柱上设置有驱动组件；还包括用于收卷防水膜的卷辊，防水膜的两端分别绕设于两卷辊上。施工时，将防水膜两侧多余部分收卷在卷辊上；使得支架上的防水膜呈向路面外倾斜的状态，使得雨水被引流至路面两侧外；且防水膜与地面之间具有一定距离，在路面的边沿处施工的过程中，施工机械不会与防水膜接触，减小防水膜损伤。
