The device includes a housing, wherein a working cavity with a downward opening is formed in the shell; a driven block is arrangedin the working cavity; the left end of the driven block is fixedly connected with a left connecting rod; the left end of the left connecting rod is connected to the left wall of the working cavity inan up-down sliding manner; the right end of the driven block is fixedly connected with a right connecting rod; the right end of the right connecting rod is fixedly connected with a fan wheel; the right end of the fan wheel is rotationally connected with a connecting shaft. According to the device, excrement can be found by self-walking; upon finding excrement, excrement is grabbed and collected from bottom to top through clamping jaws, and manual operation is not needed, avoiding discomfort caused by contacting excrement; and fine sand is poured on the excrement before grabbing the excrement and before pouring the excrement into the collecting box, thus enabling the surface of the excrement to be covered by the fine sand, isolating moisture on the surface of the excrement, preventing adhesion, covering stink, and achieving a sanitary effect.
