Backfilling method and structure for ultra-deep large-diameter pile hole
The invention discloses a backfilling method and structure for an ultra-deep large-diameter pile hole. 300 mm guide pipes are lowered to the bottom of a hollow pile and fixed by a steel beam at orifices, and a chute is provided. During backfilling, rock flour and broken stone are mixed at a proportion of 4:6 and then discharged from a material opening, and slide into the guide pipes via the chutefor backfilling. The guide pipes are shortened according to the backfilling amount till backfilling to the position below a pile casing is carried out, and then, the guide pipes are removed. After that, the pile casing is pulled out as appropriate, and final backfilling is performed. If the pile casing cannot be pulled out, backfilling is performed directly. Backfilling is uniformly performed layer by layer from the middle to the periphery, and after backfilling is completed, post-grouting is performed on an engineering pile promptly. Meanwhile, the hollow pile is grouted to ensure the backfilling quality of the hollow pile. The method can effectively avoid nonuniform backfilling caused by direct inclination of the ultra-deep hollow engineering pile and can ensure that an in-hole groutingpipe, a sounding pipe, a core drilling pipe or other pre-buried pipes are not damaged by backfilling.
本发明公开了一种超深大直径桩孔的回填方法及结构,本发明是采用300mm导管下放至空桩底部,孔口由钢梁固定导管,上设溜槽。回填时将石粉碎石按4:6比例拌和后从料口卸下,通过溜槽滑入导管内进行回填,并且根据回填量减少导管长度,直至回填至护筒下方,撤掉导管。随后视情况将护筒拔出,再进行最后回填,若无法拔出护筒,则直接回填。回填时从中间向四周均匀分层回填,回填完成后立即组织对工程桩进行后注浆作业,同时进行空桩注浆作业,确保空桩回填质量。本发明的方法能够有效防止因工程桩空桩深度太大直接倾斜会造成回填不均匀,并且能够确保孔内注浆管、声测管及钻芯管等预埋管的不被回填土破坏。
