The well sealing device is characterized in that a water outlet of a water pumping device is connected with ahard connecting pipe, an outlet of the hard connecting pipe extends upwards to a position between the bottom surface and the top surface of a bottom plate concrete layer, the top end of the hard connecting pipe is connected with a water stop valve, the outlet end of the water stop valve extends out of the top face of the bottom plate concrete layer through a soft connecting pipe, a supporting plate is arranged at the top end of a foundation pit to completely shield a top opening of the foundation pit, the supporting plate is fixedly connected with the hard connecting pipe and further fixedlyconnected with a bottom steel bar layer of the bottom plate concrete layer, a supporting support is arranged on the top face of the bottom plate concrete layer, the supporting support is connected with the supporting plate through a connecting rope, and a plurality of poured concrete layers are arranged between the supporting plate and the supporting support. The invention further provides a wellsealing method. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the device has the advantages of being easy to construct, high in universality, free of time limit and the like, the technical problem of time limit in the prior art can be solved, and construction quality is guaranteed.
