The invention relates to an intelligent well cover supervision system and a supervision method thereof. The intelligent well cover supervision system includes an intelligent well cover system, a remote management terminal and mobile terminals. The intelligent well cover system is used for monitoring the damage, theft of a well cover and the concentration of harmful gases in an inspection well. Ifabnormal conditions are detected, an alarm signal is sent to the remote management terminal; the remote management terminal is used for receiving the alarm signal and obtaining the location information of the abnormal well cover; meanwhile, the distance between the abnormal well cover and all mobile terminals is calculated, the mobile terminal nearest to the abnormal well cover is selected, and the location information of the abnormal well cover is sent to the mobile terminal; the mobile terminals are in communication connection with the remote management terminal, the location information ofthe mobile terminals are sent to the remote management terminal; and meanwhile, the location information of the abnormal well cover is received. According to the intelligent well cover supervision system and the supervision method thereof, the concentration of the harmful gases in the inspection well, as well as the cracking, damage, theft and other abnormal conditions of the well cover can be monitored in real time, the highest response speed is achieved, maintenance is timely, and the occurrence of safety accidents is avoided.
