The invention relates to a flow-combing tooth device for erosion resisting of a heavy-haul railway bridge pier-column foundation, and belongs to the technical field of bridge reinforcement. The flow-combing tooth device for erosion resisting of the heavy-haul railway bridge pier-column foundation comprises flow-combing teeth, a L-shaped loading plate and a diamond-shaped grid; the L-shaped loadingplate is pre-embedded in a foundation and a river bed, the back end of a horizontal plate of the L-shaped loading plate is built in a foundation of a bridge pier-column, and the L-shaped loading plate is buried in the front end of inside of the river bed to bend downward to form a vertical plate; the flow-combing teeth are arranged on the upstream side of the bridge pier and foundation which areeroded by water in layered and staggered mode; the diamond-shaped grid is closely attached to the outside of the vertical plate of the L-shaped loading plate and is further pre-embedded in the river bed; in the direction of the upstream to the bridge pier, the flow-combing teeth of each layer are arranged in a staggered mode, the opening angles of the flow-combing teeth gradually increase, and thespacing between the teeth gradually decreases. The problem of erosion of the bridge pier and the foundation is effectively avoided, and the river bed is protected.
本发明涉及一种重载铁路桥梁墩柱基础抵抗冲刷的梳流齿装置,属于桥梁加固技术领域。包括梳流齿、L型装载板以及菱形格栅;L型装载板预埋于基础和河床内,L型装载板的水平板后端嵌固于桥梁墩柱的基础内,其埋置于河床内的前端向下弯起,形成竖直板;若干梳流齿分层交错布置在桥墩和基础受水流冲刷的上游侧;菱形格栅紧贴在L型装载板竖直板的外侧并同样预埋于河床内;沿上游向桥墩方向,每层梳流齿交错布置,梳流齿的张开角度逐渐增大,齿间间距逐渐减小。本发明有效避免了桥墩和基础遭受冲蚀的问题,对河床起到了保护作用。
