Visual intelligent rotary jet grouting method for repairing of drainage pipeline
The invention discloses a visual intelligent rotary jet grouting method for repairing of a drainage pipeline. The method comprises steps as follows: S1, blocking two ends of the pipeline, and drainingwater in the pipeline; S2, connecting an integrated cable, and placing visual intelligent rotary jet grouting equipment into the pipeline; S3, starting the visual intelligent rotary jet grouting equipment by operating a control panel, starting grouting equipment, controlling the visual intelligent rotary jet grouting equipment to walk in the pipeline, and shooting image information in the pipeline by a front-view camera and a rear-view camera; S4, adjusting the front-view camera and an infrared distance meter to be aligned to a disease position when the disease occurs; S5, analyzing the typeand the degree of the disease according to signals detected by the infrared distance meter, and controlling spray nozzles of the visual intelligent rotary jet grouting equipment to repair the diseaseposition; S6, after repairing, starting the infrared distance meter again to detect and analyze the repairing position until the evaluation is qualified; and S7, repeating steps 3-6 until repairing ofthe whole pipeline is finished.
本发明公开一种排水管道修补可视化智能旋喷方法,包括:S1,封堵管道的两端,将管道内的水抽干;S2,连接综合线缆,将可视化智能旋喷设备放入管道内;S3,通过所述操作控制面板开启所述可视化智能旋喷设备,开启注浆设备,控制所述可视化智能旋喷设备在管道内行走,通过前视摄像头和后视摄像头拍摄管道内部的影像信息;S4,当发现病害时,调节前视摄像头及红外测距仪也对准病害位置;S5,通过所述红外测距仪探测到的信号分析出病害的类型及程度,控制所述可视化智能旋喷设备的喷头对病害位置进行修复;S6,修复后,再次启动所述红外测距仪对修复位置进行探测分析,直至评估合格;S7,重复步骤S3至S6,直至对整个管道的修复完成。
