The technical scheme ofthe invention is that the prestressed tensile membrane structure of the leaning arch frame comprises a bottom steel structure bracket and a plurality of groups of top frame structures; a space is kept between adjacent top frame structures; each top frame structure comprises two inclined leaning arch ribs arranged symmetrically toward the middle, and a plurality of connecting crossbeams arranged between the two inclined arch ribs; tensile membranes are laid on the top surfaces of the plurality of groups of top frame structures; above each tensile membrane between two adjacent groups of top frame structures is provided with a horizontal top surface pull lock; and the front and rear ends of the horizontal top surface pull lock are each provided with two branch chain pull locks. The prestressed tensile membrane structure provided by the invention has the advantages of simple construction process, short construction period, low manufacturing cost, suitability for being sealed using membrane materials, stable structure and the like.
本发明涉及一种斜靠式拱架预应力张拉膜结构,属于结构架技术领域。主要解决现有钢结构存在的防腐成本高、空间利用率一般、拆除成本高、不适宜安装膜材、结构不稳定等技术问题。本发明的技术方案为:一种斜靠式拱架预应力张拉膜结构,其中:包括底部钢结构支架和若干组顶架结构;相邻顶架结构之间设有间距,所述顶架结构包括相互对称向中间倾斜设置的两个斜靠拱肋和设在两个斜靠拱肋之间的若干连接横梁;若干组所述顶架结构顶面铺设有张拉膜,所述相邻两组顶架结构之间的张拉膜上方均设有横向顶面拉锁,所述横向顶面拉锁前后两端各设有两根支链拉锁。本发明具有施工工艺简单、施工周期短、造价低、适宜采用膜材封闭、结构稳定等优点。
