The invention discloses a landing scaffold wall attaching member and a construction method thereof. The landing scaffold wall attaching member comprises a structural steel pipe column; on the outer surface of the structural steel pipe column is provided with a hoop, and is connected to a main rod through the hoop; a force transfer plate is symmetrically arranged between the main rod and the structural steel pipe column; the two end surfaces of the force transfer plate are respectively bonded on the surfaces of the main rod and the structural steel pipe column; the other side of the main rod ismovably provided with a wall attaching rod, and is connected to a scaffold stand pole through the wall attaching rod; a stay bolt is formed by adopting the main rod and the wall attaching rod, and iscombined with the hoop to implement configuration of the large-span and ultrahigh-storey height scaffold wall attaching member; the conditions of occupation of larger space in the structure and troublesome support configuration due to a multiple-stay mode in a traditional method are prevented; the quick and efficient connecting mode of the wall attaching member is achieved; and according to the position of the scaffold stand pole, the direction and the angle are adjusted by rotating, so that operation is simple, and use is more convenient and reliable.
