Method and structure for reinforcing ultra-large steel concrete beam side mold
The invention discloses a method and a structure for reinforcing an ultra-large steel concrete beam side mold. The method comprises a reinforcing system formed by a large-diameter steel bar cross rodand a specially-made hooked screw rod. The large-diameter steel bar cross rod is welded on a section steel beam stud, and one end of the specially-made hooked screw rod hooks the large-diameter steelbar cross rod; and the other end is fastened on the outer side of a beam side mold main keel steel pipe through a fixed bolt to reinforce the steel concrete beam side mold. The method solves the construction problem that a conventional beam side mold reinforcing method cannot meet the reinforcing requirement of ultra-large steel concrete beams. Potential safety hazards during construction are eliminated, and the construction safety, the quality and the work efficiency of the ultra-large steel concrete beam structure are fundamentally guaranteed. The method has the characteristics of being simple in structure, safe and convenient to construct, time-saving and labor-saving.
