Friction damper with additional spring
The invention discloses a friction damper with an additional spring. The friction damper comprises an extension spring as well as an upper cover plate, an upper friction plate, a lower friction plate,a connecting plate and a lower cover plate which are arranged horizontally from top to bottom; the upper cover plate is fixedly connected with the upper friction plate; the lower friction plate, theconnecting plate and the lower cover plate are connected with one another by bolts; the upper friction plate is overlapped with the lower friction plate; and the extension spring comprises a connecting spring, a first spring, and a second spring. Compared with a traditional friction damper, the friction damper disclosed by the invention is characterized in that the connecting spring provides pressure for the friction plate; the arrangement of the first and second springs provides lateral rigidity for the device, so that the damper does not have too large displacement during operation so as notto affect the work; when the damper is in work, the deformation of the first and second springs can also play an energy consumption effect and increases the energy consumption means of a component; and the extension spring inside the component can achieve an effect of improving the integrity of the component.
本发明公开了一种附加弹簧的摩擦阻尼器,包括受拉弹簧以及从上至下依次水平设置的上盖板、上摩擦板、下摩擦板、连接板和下盖板,上盖板与上摩擦板固定连接,下摩擦板、连接板、下盖板三者之间通过螺栓连接,上摩擦板与下摩擦板相叠合;受拉弹簧包括连接弹簧、第一弹簧、第二弹簧。本发明与传统摩擦阻尼器相比,连接弹簧为摩擦板提供压力,第一、第二弹簧的设置为装置提供了侧向刚度,使阻尼器在工作时位移不至于过大进而影响工作,当阻尼器工作时,第一、第二弹簧的变形也可以起到耗能作用,增加了构件的耗能手段,而且在构件内部的受拉弹簧可起到增加构件整体性的作用。
