Reusable fabricated cover arch structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a reusable fabricated cover arch structure. The reusable fabricated cover arch structure is composed of a cover arch base, steel arch frames, a connecting steel bar for connecting the steel arch frames and orifice pipes; at least three steel arch frames are connected through the connecting steel bar, and each of the steel arch frames is connected with the cover arch base; the orifice pipes are arranged at the tops of the steel arch frames; and when the cover arch structure is used, the orifice pipes are correspondingly fixed into a large pipe shed one by one, the threesteel arch frames at the bottom play the role of fixing and supporting the large pipe shed through the orifice pipes, and after the fabricated cover arch structure is positioned, the pipe shed construction can be conducted quickly. A fabricated pipe shed cover arch has low requirements on the bearing capacity of the foundation, when an unsymmetrial loading tunnel portal with steep mountainous terrain and oblique terrain is encountered, according to the fabricated cover arch structure, 'zero' excavation of a side slope and an inverted slope can be achieved, thus the potential safety hazard of too high elevation of the side slope and the inverted slope at the tunnel portal is avoided, meanwhile environmental coordination can also be achieved, and the concept of green highway is reflected.
本发明公开了一种可重复利用的装配式套拱结构,由套拱基座、钢拱架、连接钢拱架的连接钢筋、孔口管构成;至少3榀钢拱架通过连接钢筋连接,每榀钢拱架都与套拱基座相连;孔口管布置在钢拱架顶部;在使用套拱结构时,将孔口管一一对应固定在大管棚内,底部的3榀钢拱架通过孔口管对大管棚起到固定和支撑作用,在装配式套拱结构进行定位后可以快速进行管棚施工。装配式管棚套拱对地基承载力要求不高,当遇到山区地形陡峭起伏大、地形斜交的偏压隧道洞口时使用本方案提供的装配式套拱结构,可以实现对边仰坡进行“零”开挖,从而避免出现隧道洞口的边坡和仰坡高度太高的安全隐患,同时也能够实现环境协调,体现出绿色公路理念。
