The invention relates to an automatic lubricating device for turnout external locking. The automatic lubricating device comprises a lubricating oil tank filled with grease, wherein an oil outlet pipeand an oil outlet extension pipe are arranged at the bottom of the lubricating oil tank; a piston is arranged at the top of the lubricating oil tank; a pressure plate is arranged at the top of the piston; a motor unit is arranged at the top of the pressure plate; a sensor is arranged at the bottom of the device, corresponds to an actuating rod of a turnout external locking device in position and is used for acquiring an electromagnetic signal of the actuating rod; the sensor is connected to a processing circuit module and is used for transmitting the electromagnetic signal of the actuating rodto the processing circuit module; the processing circuit module is connected with the motor unit and is used for transmitting a driving signal to the motor unit; and the motor unit is linked with thepiston through the pressure plate. According to the automatic lubricating device disclosed by the invention, the traditional manual oil injection mode is changed, the labor is saved, the on-track frequency of maintenance personnel is reduced, the interference to railway transportation and the probability of personal safety accidents are reduced, adverse factors such as oil injection omission, grease injection error and pollution can be avoided, normal operation of turnout external locking is not interfered, the maintenance cost of the device is reduced, and great convenience is brought to maintenance operation.
本发明涉及道岔外锁闭自动润滑装置,包括填充油脂的润滑油箱,底部设置有出油管及出油延长管,顶部设置有活塞,活塞顶部设置有压力板,压力板顶部为电机单元;所述装置底部设置有传感器,位置与道岔外锁闭装置的动作杆对应,采集动作杆的电磁信号;传感器接入处理电路模块并向其动作杆的电磁信号;处理电路模块与电机单元连接并向其发送驱动信号,电机单元通过压力板联动活塞。本发明改变了传统的人工注油方式,节约人力,减少维护人员的上道次数,降低对铁路运输的干扰及人身安全事故发生的概率,能避免遗漏注油、注油脂误和污染等不利因素,对道岔外锁闭的正常工作无干扰,降低了装置的检修成本,对维护工作带来极大的便利。
