The isolation door body is movably clamped and connected in one side end of the limiting frame; a first isolation door panel is fixedly mounted in the isolation door body; the side surface of the first isolation door panel is fixedly connected with a second isolation door panel; a glass panel is fixedly clamped and connected between the first isolation door panel and the second isolation door panel; and the outer surface of the glass panel is movably in cup joint with a cleaning device, limiting sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the interior of the first isolation door panel, a second clamping connection groove is formed in the side face of the second isolation door panel, and fastening screws are spirally connected to the edges of the two ends of the second clamping connection groove. According to the numerically-controlled machine tool isolation door, cooling liquid on the outer surface of the glass panel can be scraped and cleaned, the situation that the cooling liquid blocks the sight of workers on the surface of the inner side of the glass panel can be avoided, and therefore the workers can observe the situation in a numerically-controlled machine tool conveniently through the isolation door.
