The invention relates to a preparation method of an environment-friendly hydrophobic consolidation agent. The hydrophobic consolidation agent is composed of a component A, a component B and a component C. The component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-5% of an oil gel cementing agent. The component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-6% of a water repellent agent; and the component C comprises the following components in parts by weight: a soil coagulant comprising (2-10% of a bio-enzyme, 1-15% of a surfactant, 0.03-12% of a water reducing agent and 1-5% of an early strength agent), 2-6% of inorganic salt, 0.2-5% of a thickening agent and 60-75% of water. The formula has good consolidation and hydrophobic properties, can promote close combination of soil aggregates, effectively improves the bearing capacity of roads, and can well prevent leaching of harmful substances. Oilfield oil sludge is comprehensively utilized, and oilfield solid waste pollution is reduced.
本发明涉及一种环保型疏水固结剂的制备方法。所述疏水固结剂由A、B、C三类组分构成，其中，A组分及相应的重量份数包括：油凝胶结剂0.1%–5%；B类组分及相应的重量份数包括：疏水剂0.1%–6%；C类组分及相应的重量份数包括：土壤凝结剂（生物酶2%–10%、表面活性剂1%–15%、减水剂0.03%–12%、早强剂1%–5%）、无机盐2%–6%、增稠剂0.2%–5%和水60%–75%。此配方有良好的固结和疏水性能，能促使土壤团粒紧密结合，有效提高道路的承载能力，能很好地防止有害物质浸出。综合利用油田油泥，减少油田固废污染。
