The device comprises a main beam, a discharging mechanism, a walking mechanism arranged in the center of the main beamand a limiting mechanism arranged at the bottom of the discharging mechanism, a fixing frame is arranged at the two ends and the center of the main beam, the fixing frame is of a circular ring structure, and is parallel to ground, the discharging mechanism is fixed in the fixing frame, the walking mechanism comprises a tripod arranged in the center of the main beam, a bottom plate arranged at thebottom of the tripod, two walking wheels arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate, a seat arranged on one side of the bottom plate, a steering handle, a steering wheel arranged at the bottom of thesteering handle and a power mechanism arranged on the bottom plate, and the vertex of the tripod is located at the middle point of the main beam. The device is simple in structure, and the telescopicmain beam and a detachable hopper are combined and assembled, so the device can be conveniently overhauled and moved, the equipment maintenance cost is reduced, line spraying can be conveniently conducted on a highway roadbed, and subsequent roadbed construction is facilitated.
