The invention discloses a silencing method in a compaction pile construction process, and belongs to the technical field of foundation treatment. The method comprises the steps that a damping layer, anoise reduction layer and a protection layer are sequentially arranged around the outer surface of a pile pipe of a compaction pile, the damping layer is composed of damping paint, the noise reduction layer is composed of noise reduction materials, and the protection layer is composed of a PE heat-shrinkable sleeve; and a pile driver hammers the top of the pile pipe, a conical head of the compaction pile enters soil, and the pile pipe and the damping layer, the noise reduction layer and the protection layer arranged on the outer surface of the pile pipe are driven to enter the soil. Accordingto the silencing method, the damping layer, the noise reduction layer and the protection layer are sequentially arranged on the surface of the pile pipe of the compaction pile, the damping layer andthe noise reduction layer can eliminate noise generated when the compaction pile is hammered by the pile driver, and the protection layer protects the damping layer and the noise reduction layer, so that when the compaction pile continuously enters the soil, the noise transmitted to the pile pipe can still be eliminated, and noise pollution caused by the compaction pile in the construction processis avoided.
本发明公开了一种挤密桩施工工艺中的消音方法,属于地基处理技术领域。该方法包括:围绕挤密桩的桩管外表面依次设置减震层、消音层和保护层,减震层由减震涂料构成,消音层由消音材料构成,保护层由PE热缩套管构成;打桩机锤击桩管顶部,挤密桩的锥头进入土内,带动桩管及桩管外表面设置的减震层、消音层和保护层进入土内。本发明中在挤密桩的桩管表面依次设置减震层、消音层和保护层,减震层和消音层可以消除打桩机锤击挤密桩时产生的噪音,保护层对减震层和消音层进行保护,使得挤密桩在不断进入土内时,仍然能够将传播至桩管的噪音消除,从而避免了了挤密桩在施工工艺过程中造成噪音污染。
