The method comprises the steps that firstly, the surface of a braced wall or cushion is subjected to waterproof andleveling treatment; then, a spraying machine is used for spraying plain mortar to the braced wall or cushion to form a first plain mortar layer of 2 to 5 mm, a second cement mortar layer of 4 to 8 mm, a third plain mortar layer of 2 to 5 mm, a fourth cement mortar layer of 4 to 8 mm and a fifth plain mortar layer of 2 to 5 mm, and a rigid waterproof layer is formed; a structure wall is constructed in the rigid waterproof layer of the braced wall, the braced wall and the structure wall are integrated, foundation bearing force and anti-buoyancy can be greatly improved, a certain constraint effect on foundation soil rebound, uplift and subsidence can be achieved, the rigid waterproof layer, the braced retaining wall and the structure wall in a foundation pit are made of the same material, have the same strength and durability and are easily bonded together, in foundation construction process, precipitation and pollution discharge are not needed, fertilizer groove backfill is not needed,the construction speed is high, the quality is good, the cost is low, and the method is ideal green construction.
本发明永久刚性防水层的施工方法包括:首先对支护墙或垫层表面进行防水和找平处理;然后用喷浆机把素灰分别喷在支护墙或垫层找平层上形成2~5mm的第一层素灰层、4~8mm的第二层水泥砂浆层、2~5mm的第三层素灰层、4~8mm的第四层水泥砂浆层和2~5mm的第五层素灰层,形成了刚性防水层;在支护墙的刚性防水层里面筑造结构墙,支护墙和结构墙两墙合一,较大提高了基础承载力、抗浮力,对基面土回弹、隆起和沉降有一定约束作用,刚性防水层与支护挡墙和基坑内结构墙用同种材料制成,有同等强度和耐久性,很容易粘接在一起,在基础施工过程中,不用降水,不排污,没有肥槽回填,施工速度快、质量好和造价低,是理想的绿色施工。
