The invention relates to the technical field of municipal roads, in particular to a municipal road underground drainage system which comprises a water collecting well, a drainage pipe, a grate and a blow-off pipe, the water collecting well is arranged in the ground, and the grate is arranged at the upper end of the water collecting well; the drainage pipe and the blow-off pipe are both arranged inthe ground and communicate with the water collecting well, and the drainage pipe is located above the blow-off pipe; a blocking device is arranged on the water collecting well, the blocking device comprises a guide rail, a first baffle and a first adjusting mechanism, the guide rail is arranged on the water collecting well, and the first baffle is connected into the guide rail in a sliding mode and can cover the blow-off pipe or the drain pipe; and the first adjusting mechanism is arranged in the ground and connected with the first baffle. The blocking device can reduce pollution to rivers.
