The invention discloses a method for installing an upper fixed joint of a clean ceiling of an electronic workshop, and aims to provide a method which is convenient, quick and flexible to install on site, adjustable in two directions and capable of achieving once pre-burying and multiple-time sharing. According to the technical scheme, the method is characterized in that a rear-mounted pre-buried C-shaped steel mode is adopted, and C-shaped steel is fixed at the bottom of a structure through an anchor bolt; and then a lower structure is hung through a C-shaped steel notch, so that the aim of aclean room hanging system is achieved, and meanwhile, the problem about MEP electromechanical pipeline support hanging points is also solved. The trouble of independently punching and fixing the suspended ceiling in each specialty and the trouble of cross operation are avoided. As long as the C-shaped steel is pre-buried once during clean room ceiling construction, an MEP electromechanical pipeline support only needs to be hung on the C-shaped steel, and then the MEP electromechanical pipeline support can be shared with the ceiling. In the aspect of construction, tedious procedures are reduced, orderly connection can be well achieved, and meanwhile work for multiple times of sweeping due to multiple times of pollution is reduced.
本发明公开了一种电子厂房洁净吊顶上部固定节点安装方法，旨在提供一种现场安装方便、快捷、灵活、双向可调，一次预埋、多次共用的方法，其技术方案要点是采用后置预埋C型钢方式，先用锚栓把C型钢固定在结构底部，然后通过C型钢槽口吊挂下部结构，即满足洁净室吊挂系统问题，同时也解决了MEP机电管线支架吊挂点问题。不需要各个专业单独打孔固定吊顶，以及交叉作业的烦恼。只要洁净室吊顶施工时，一次预埋C型钢后，MEP机电管线支架吊挂在上面即可，与吊顶共用。在施工方面减少工序的繁琐，不能很好地有序衔接，同时也减少多次污染多次清扫的工作。
