The invention provides a high-maneuverability radome building carrier vehicle and a radome system thereof. The radome building carrier vehicle comprises a mechanical arm system, a hoisting mechanism and a servo mechanism, the mechanical arm system comprises a main arm, a middle arm and a front arm, and the main arm, the middle arm and the front arm are connected in sequence; the servo mechanism isarranged on the main arm, the middle arm and the front arm and controls operation of the mechanical arm system, and the main arm, the middle arm and the front arm are hollow; and when a radome is notbuilt, the radome is stored in the hollow interior of the mechanical arm system, one end of a lifting rope is connected with the top end of the radome, and the other end of the lifting rope is controlled by a winch to be folded and unfolded. According to the high-maneuverability radome building carrier vehicle, during erection/withdrawal, a crane does not need to be arranged, the erection/withdrawal efficiency is high, and the requirement for the erection/withdrawal environment is low; and according to the radome system, a thin film housing body, a mechanical arm device and a pressurization and power supply device are integrated on one vehicle carrying platform, the integration degree is high, and the maneuverability is high.
